Before Your Massage
If you are sick or have an acute injury, please consult with a doctor or other medical professional before making an appointment. I will not work on clients who have contagious skin conditions or respiratory infections.
Be sure to drink lots of water before you arrive for your massage. This will ensure that you are well hydrated and will help your body to release toxins during the session. You are welcome to use the restroom before we begin your massage.
As a courtesy to others who may be chemically sensitive, please do not wear perfumes or scents to your session.
You will be asked to full out a short intake questionnaire with basic health information, such as current and past health issues, medications, and illnesses or injuries.
Understand that you will be receiving Non-sexual therapeutic massage. If at any time during the session you become uncomfortable, you have the right to end the session.
Massage Therapy is not to take the place of regular medical treatment. Please consult your doctor if you have conditions that might be contraindicated for massage or if you have medical concerns.
I reserve the right to terminate or refuse treatment of clients who have questionable intentions, or display inappropriate behavior.
